Dundee Scout Gang Show is a variety show of musical numbers and comedy sketches performed by a cast of over 100 boys and girls who are members of the Scout Association in the City of Dundee and assisted by almost 100 backstage helpers.

Gang Show 2009, will be the 43rd consecutive show. The venue is the Whitehall Theatre, Bellfield Street, Dundee from Monday, 6th April until Saturday, 11th April, nightly at 7:30pm.

Registration for the cast of the 2009 show has now closed. As usual a large number of Cubs and Scouts have registered, and unfortunately it is unlikely that all will be able to be allocated a place in the show. Places have to be limited as the space in the theatre is also limited. Places for new members are allocated on a first come basis, and letters will be sent to all those on the waiting list to confirm places as soon as possible.

The first full rehearsal will take place on Sunday, 26th October, but workshops for singing, dancing and drama will take place on the afternoon of Sunday, 12th October for those in the main gang (no Cubs). Details will be sent shortly to all those affected.

Tickets for the 2009 show will be available from early January 2009.
